When you hear the term “memory quilt”, what comes to mind? The answer is different for everyone. By definition, a memory quilt is a quilt designed specifically to commemorate the life of a loved one. We like to say that our quilts are “storytellers”. There are several different types of memory quilts. Some of the most common include:

• Signature Quilt (quilt blocks are pre-made for people to write personal messages)

Memory quilts can often be a combination of the above. For instance, a customer may want to add a few photos to his/her T-shirt quilt.
Memory quilts can be sewn for use as a throw or designed to be a wall-hanging. Truly the draw for us is in the memories—memories evoke emotion and our quilts touch people’s lives. We love that each of our quilts are one-of-a-kind.
